Unfortunately, Wilson, who has been tortured, dies while talking to the two agents.
The duo then track the cabal from Washington D.C. to the Caucasus Mountains, and from Austria to a fortress in Germany. Shortly after that, Evan and Brenda find themselves the target of a car bombing. Will they survive the attack and expose the enemies before Nemesis forces bring democracy to its knees?
The novel features standard thriller elements such as the Russians, Nazis, treasonous US politicians, betrayals, and evil masterminds. But this time around, Eric Van Lustbader elevates them above the usual thriller norm to a new level of action-packed espionage adventures to keep the reader truly captivated and entertained.
